Denim outfitter G-Star recently opened its newest store on Cannes’ rue d’Antibes. Fusing fashion with art and music, the denim brand’s special opening gave guests a first look at the new store and its spring/summer collections, along with an art exhibition and a selection of musical performances. As a special twist, G-Star installed a denim art museum featuring unique artefacts celebrating the innovative world of denim. As the evening drew to a close, attendees enjoyed an acoustic performance by British singer-songwriter Anna Calvi. Situated close to high-end brands such as Kenzo, Bally and Diesel, G-Star’s new location on rue d’Antibes is the perfect spot for the expanding denim empire.
