Camus celebrates 150 years of vintage cognac

French cognac label Camus produces premium cognacs at its family-owned vineyards in Le Plessis in France, including the Masterpiece Collection, which celebrates the brand’s 150th anniversary

Marina Nelson,

The luxury Camus cognac brand is one of the world’s top five producers of cognac. Known for its family-owned heritage, Camus produces cognacs at its own vineyards in Le Plessis.

The Borderies cognacs are Camus’s signature, as they are produced almost exclusively from the family vineyards in small batches, infusing spicy floral buds and aromatic warm notes with a smooth and silky texture.

2013 marked a milestone for the brand as it celebrated its 150th anniversary with the introduction of the luxurious Cuvée 5.150 Masterpiece Collection, which pays tribute to the five generations of the Camus family who have run the company.

Cuvée 5.150 allows connoisseurs to explore and unwind with Camus’s vintage cognacs, through the scent, taste and beauty of the family’s vintage winegrowing art.
