Hannah Lewis,

Moser is one of the world’s oldest makers of luxury glass. Founded in Karlovy Vary in 1857 as a workshop where glass was polished and engraved, the company soon began to design and produce its own artistic glass products. Founder Ludwig Moser became highly renowned, receiving a warrant to supply the imperial court of the emperor of Austria in 1878, and in 1908 becoming supplier to Edward VII of Great Britain. This royal history is reflected in the company’s slogan King of Glass, Glass of Kings. Moser has retained its excellent reputation for over a century and a half and today the brand creates some of the world’s most beautiful glass items, from recommissioned classics to new designs made with ecologically friendly glass.
