Accessorise at Cube with a bag by Marc Jacobs and some Aurélie Bidermann bracelets.  Vassos Eliades, further along Makarios Avenue, is a key stockists of luxury watches in Limassol.  Pick up styles by Cartier and Ulysse Nardin

Lunch with the locals at Diomides on Archbishop Makarios avenue. Try the stuffed vine leaves and lamb cooked on a spit with a Greek salad

Pick up some European fashion staples from Spanish style kings Pull & Bear, Swedish trend-setters Tally Weijl and Brit-chic label Topshop, all of which can be found on Anexartisias street

Find idea accessories at French fashion house Barbara Bui.  The designer held her first catwalk show back in 1987 and continues to impress this season with her take on summer utility essentials.  Next head to MaxMara in Maximos Plaza for flattering lightweight trenchcoats in white and nude tones

Pay a visit to Limassol castle for a spot of history on your trip.  the building is considered one of Cyprus's key cultural monuments.  Be sure to visit the nearby Cyprus Medieval Museum for an in-depth look at Cyprus throughout the ages

Stroll along Ayiou Andreou street to pick up a pair of leather sandals and some Lefkara lace among other traditional souvenirs

8pm
Book a table at Columbia Steak House in Columbia Plaza for a succulent steak from chefs Jeannie Pierola and Yiannis Politis; the lemon seared tuna is also excellent
