Start your day on Zinonos Pierides street where you can enjoy a cultural breakfast at The Yacht Café while admiring the paintings on display

Packed light this trip? Accessorise any outfit with one of Guess’s lightweight scarves, foulards or hats. If you’re running out of space for new handbags, renew a classic with one of Guess’s keyrings as a bag charm. While you’re there, check out the spring/summer line

Head to Swatch and pick up a piece from their Club Watch range. Marvel at the imaginative packaging (last year the watch came in a box that looked like an eye-ball) and you’ll also have a year’s subscription to the Swatch Club

Benetton on Zinonos Kitieos street is the place for basics and accessories. Add the brands signature colourful accents to the earthy tones already in your wardrobe

Grab a sandwich or a hamburger at Stavrou Stavros’s snack bar where you can also refresh yourself with a cold drink

For some Cypriot culture, head to the Pierides Foundation Archaeological Museum, where you’ll find a private collection of objects originating from prehistoric times to the Middle Ages.  Some of the pieces on display date back 9,000 years

Invest in some sparkly partywear, rock ’n’ roll chic and hip accessories at Bershka, the affordable catwalk-inspired Spanish brand.  The store's accessories lines are incredibly popular

Stock up on your summer staples at Zara where you can find affordable basics and surprisingly comfortable shoes. Check out the brand's lightweight kaftans for wearing on the beach, and dresses for evening in azure blue and pink
