2016 – Big Bang Unico Usain Bolt
The hero Big Bang model opens the 2016 summer of sport with a special model in collaboration with Olympic champion sprinter Usain Bolt. There are two limited-edition versions available ahead of the Olympics in Rio this summer; the gold one represents Bolt’s goal for the championships, while the all black with gold accents alludes to the journey to Olympic glory.
2015 – Classic Fusion Only Watch Britto
Designed in collaboration with Brazilian artist Romero Britto for the 2015 The Only Watch charity auction of unique timepieces, the graphic design changed the face of watches for men. Breaking the rules of classic men’s watches, the flamboyant model features a bright red wrist strap and a geometric-block coloured print enamel dial inspired by a Britto painting.
2014 – King Power 692 Bang
This limited-edition piece played tribute to the iconic black-and-yellow colour of New York’s taxis. Exclusive to the flagship boutique at 692 Madison Avenue, the robust black ceramic timepiece featured interchangeable black and yellow wrist straps, perfect for travelling – day or night – in a New York cab.
2013 – Shawn Carter Collection
Collaborating with global superstar Jay-Z, aka Shawn Carter, Hublot introduced two limited-edition timepieces to the new Shawn Carter collection ahead of the American Thanksgiving holiday. The collection played to the star’s personal ‘all black everything’ wardrobe for a sleek look for a modern and minimalist lifestyle.
2013 – Mykonos Classic Fusion Chronograph
Hublot took a trip to the Greek island of Mykonos for its summer edition of watches in 2013. Crafted from 18-carat gold and titanium, each piece evoked the scenery of Mykonos with a blue wrist strap mirroring the deep blue waters. The shimmering gold touches provided the perfect finishing touch to the ultimate statement watch for summer.
2012 – F1™ King Power Austin
Limited to 250 numbered models, each piece – created as a tribute to the return of the US Grand Prix to Austin, Texas – had a titanium case with a satin finish and perforated effect. With a 30-minute timer, a date window and a power reserve of over 40 hours, this became one of the ultimate watches for motorsport fanatics.
2011 - F1™ King Power Suzuka
Pioneering sports partnerships, Hublot became the official watchmaker of Formula 1 in 2010, and launched this model in honour of the following year’s Grand Prix in Japan. Inspired by the white-and-red Japanese flag, this limited-edition piece of 250 models featured a a ceramic bezel, a SuperLuminova™ dial and an automatic winding movement.
